We stand behind our service. If you have questions or concerns immediately after we have worked on your computer, please call us and we will clarify or assist you as needed to make sure that you are satisfied and your system is operating at its best possible performance.

Please, keep in mind that even the best protected computer can become infected with malware even shortly after being cleaned up.

    

Refurbished PCs / Refurbished Apple Computers

Our refurbished PCs carry a 4 month warranty on hardware only (Excludes batteries). Warranty covers repairs up to the amount paid for the PC by the customer before taxes. A refurbished PC submitted for warranty repair may be repaired or replaced with a similar class system at the sole discretion of VTS.

Our refurbished Apple Computers come with NO warranty what-so-ever, due to the very high hardware costs associated with repairing Apple computers.

Please note: the Operating System and other software installed on refurbished PCs carry no warranty.

    

Special Orders

There are no refunds or exchanges for special order items.

    

Opened Merchandise

Open merchandise (excluding software) may be returned ONLY IF DEFECTIVE.  See conditions below:

  • We will exchange the defective item for equivalent merchandise*
  • You must present your original dated sales receipt at time of return
  • Returns must be within 7 days of purchase
  • Returned merchandise must include original packaging, all accessories and documentation
  • Returned merchandise must be in new condition

Returned open merchandise is subject to in shop testing to verify the defect. Your exchange or refund will be made once our testing to verify defective status is completed.

*A refund may be given if current stock does not allow for exchange. A re-stocking fee of 10% may be applied on all returns for refund.

    

Unopened Merchandise

Unopened Merchandise can be returned for refund** within 7 days from the date of purchase. See conditions below:

  • You must present your original dated sales receipt at time of return
  • Returned merchandise must be in new condition
